Hello! I'm Nina
As the Community & Operations Manager at Coworking Winter Park, Nina is responsible for supporting the members and for the improvement of organizational efficiency, specifically in administrative, programmatic and financial operations to accelerator development and long-term success. She combines analytical skills with creativity to lead the organization towards achieving greater operational efficiency and growth. Nina has a passion for the entrepreneurial community and possess a strong understanding of business to be able to contribute to the organizational strategic planning process. As the Community & Operations Manager Nina allows focus on the logistics of running a business while working in an innovative environment with regular interactions with local entrepreneurs, local corporate employees, and other professionals. Nina is also a skilled Realtor® with Asano Real Estate.
As an entrepreneur herself, Nina has participated in many organizations to grow her leadership skills including, ToastMasters, Women's Council of Realtors, WeVenture (Women's Entrepreneur Course), as well as pitching her startup idea at 1 Million Cups. In her free time, Nina works on The First Noel, a fundraiser toy drive she co-founded in 2017 and through which they helped over 200 kids in need for Christmas. She also enjoys volunteering with Caring Canines, where she volunteers at nursing homes and hospitals with her Therapy Dog Reese.
