As the Demand Generating Manager at RETHINK Retail, I oversee the creation and management of over 15 campaigns per month for both our team and clients. My responsibilities span a wide range, from developing the campaign strategy to crafting sequence copy and workflows, designing impactful multichannel touches, creating landing pages, and reporting on performance metrics.

ABM Strategy 

My team and I at RETHINK Retail devised a multichannel strategy aimed at converting high-quality leads while simultaneously increasing brand awareness for our sponsors, as outlined in this report.

Email Sequence Copy

I crafted a highly compelling email copy for the campaign, aimed at generating meetings for our sales team. As a result of my efforts, the campaign achieved an impressive average open rate of 38% for cold emails, across all the campaigns.

Website Design

I collaborated with my team to develop an innovative program called NXT Gen, which aimed to showcase the latest and most promising retail technologies of the day. As part of this project, I spearheaded the creation of a new webpage using WordPress, complete with all necessary workflows and related functionalities.

Webinar Performance

For every client campaign, we prepare a comprehensive performance presentation that includes essential data points such as statistics, engagers, and conversions. Here is a recent example of our work, which is a review of a webinar that features our ABM reporting capabilities.

Social Media

Throughout my tenure at Sighthound and Coworld, I was responsible for managing all aspects of social media, including design and copy. Despite Coworld where I was the operations manager of, closing down due to the pandemic, I invite you to review the impressive social media posts and past events that I organized, including successful lunch and learn programs and the establishment of a "Young Entrepreneurs' Social"

Entrepreneurship

My entrepreneurial journey began with an idea I had for a business, which led me to enroll in a 6-week course accelerator program at WeVenture, where I pitched my concept to fellow founders. Additionally, I have actively sought to improve my speaking skills by participating in Toastmasters. My contributions to the community have earned me the prestigious Neon Swan award, which recognizes outstanding women who have made a significant impact in the Orlando area. Some of my other ventures include creating a drop shipping website with its own branding, making sales, and selling the website.

Fundraising

In 2017, my husband and I started a successful fundraiser aimed at helping thousands of children have a memorable Christmas each year. Our efforts include multiple fundraising events designed to raise funds and collect toy donations, culminating in an exciting event with Santa where we distributed the gifts to the children. I am responsible for the website and all social.
